Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICIES:

We only ship orders to addresses in the United States and its protectorates.  If you live abroad and will have your order shipped to a consolidator in the U.S., please provide us with the name, address, and phone number of the freight forwarder and your account number when you place your order.  It is your responsibility to make sure that your forwarder ships fragrances to your country.  We ship from South Florida.

Due to increasing incidents of identity theft, we will no longer ship to addresses that differ from the billing address, unless we can reach the card holder and verify the identity.

SHIPPING COSTS AND SERVICE LEVELS:

STANDARD SHIPPING--Items are shipped by the United States Post Office by first class mail.  Occasionally, we use UPS if an address does not appear in the USPS data base.  Orders usually take 1 - 2 days to process.  Generally, delivery takes from 3-5 business days, depending upon your location.

COST:  FREE SHIPPING!

EXPEDITED SHIPPING--We use UPS Second Day Air for this service.  Cost depends upon the weight and distance involved and will be calculated when you complete your order.  Please allow 2 BUSINESS DAYS for receipt.  Saturday and Sunday are not business days.  Orders placed on Friday will not be received until the following Tuesday.

DISCLAIMER:

We will make every effort to ship your order the same day if we receive it before 1 PM Eastern time.  We are not responsible for delays caused by the carriers or by weather emergencies.

RETURNS POLICY:

You may return most new, unopened items at your own expense within 10 days of delivery for a partial refund. Items must be unused and sealed in its original condition.  A 15% charge will be assessed when the return is credited.  All returns are required to be authorized.  For a return authorization, please contact:

Unauthorized returns will not be credited.  Items returned with the cellophane removed or retaped will be assessed a 75% refurbishing charge.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGES:

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  In case an item is damaged in transit, we require a picture of the product and its packaging before a refund is considered.

You must email our customer service representative to receive an authorization.  Unauthorized returns will not be credited.  Funds for authorized returns will be credited to your charge accounts when the are received in our warehouse.

If an order is returned to us due to an inaccurate address, a 15% charge will be assessed when the return is credited.  Shipping charges will be deducted from the credit.
